Tumelo Bokaba

The road less traveled. This is the name of a book, nevertheless it means a lot to me. I chose education, even though many I knew it would be a challenge. I gave it my all and through all the emotions of failing tests, repeating a module in first year, procrastinating and having too much to study with so little time, I managed to bag this degree. I could not be more proud of myself.

Someone who inspired me at Varsity College were my lecturers, and for different reasons. Ms Anjanette Haller-Baker was always punctual and she taught us not just because she had to, but she tried her best to make us understand. And there was my statistics lecturer, Phineas Mohlala. He made me love a module I did not think I'd ever like. He made learning fun. There are many other amazing lecturers at VC and one thing I'll give credit to is the teaching mechanism used.
